Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

AudioUnites subscriptions are prepaid and billed periodically (Monthly or Annual). Streaming infrastructure, broadcasting mount points, and server resources are provisioned electronically immediately upon registration or payment confirmation.

2. Free trial

The Pulse plan includes a free one-month trial. No payment is charged and no refund is involved.

3. Paid plans — cancellation & mid-cycle policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support@freenomad.net.
• We do not issue pro-rata refunds for partially used billing periods if you cancel voluntarily mid-cycle. Your station access and resources continue until the end of your prepaid period.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; your next billing renewal will reflect the upgraded plan.

4. Payment failure & grace period

• If a subscription renewal fails, your station remains active through a 7-day grace window.
• No refund is owed during this period; you can settle the renewal invoice to continue service, or let the station transition to suspended status.

5. Service fault & extended outage

If a sustained, continuous service outage caused by our infrastructure prevents service for a full paid billing month, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund or full-month corrective refund at our election. Contact support@freenomad.net with your account details.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment source/method (via Razorpay or bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval.

7. Digital Service Delivery & Fulfillment

AudioUnites is a 100% cloud-hosted SaaS service. Upon successful registration and payment:

• Your radio station and streaming endpoints are provisioned automatically.
• Onboarding details and station credentials are delivered electronically to your registered email address within 5 to 10 minutes.
• No physical products or shipping are involved.

8. AI credits

AI credits are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your balance while your subscription is active. AI generation stops when credits reach zero; no negative balance or overdraft is incurred.

9. How to request a refund or support

To submit a refund or billing inquiry, email support@freenomad.net or call us at +91-8806661235 with your registered email address, station name, and transaction reference. Our support team responds within 24–48 business hours.
