Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Nature of Service

AudioUnites is a 100% cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for Internet Radio broadcasting. All services, server resources, and streaming endpoints are delivered entirely through electronic and digital means. We do not manufacture, package, or ship any physical goods.

2. Delivery & Provisioning Process

• Instant Provisioning: Upon successful registration and payment confirmation (or free trial activation), your station instance, mount points, and streaming infrastructure are automatically provisioned on our servers.
• Electronic Delivery of Credentials: Account onboarding information, station credentials, and dashboard access details are delivered electronically to your registered email address within 5 to 10 minutes.
• Dashboard Access: You can immediately log into the AudioUnites portal at audiounites.org/login to manage your station, AutoDJ playlists, and live stream settings.

3. Delivery Charges

Because all services are provisioned digitally over the internet, there are zero shipping or handling charges.

4. Non-Delivery or Access Issues

If you have completed payment but have not received your onboarding email or access within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at support@freenomad.net or call +91-8806661235 with your transaction reference. We will assist you promptly.
